Non intrusive diagnostic testing can greatly reduce the need for control valves to be ‘wrongly’ removed from line for inspection purposes, thus reducing Control Valve down time and this system can assist with identifying what spares are required before the valve is removed from line, this allows for the cost effective planning to take place.
