Conoco Phillips Indonesia.

Kontrol Indo Raya engineering team works closely with COPI engineering and operation personnel to solve a 6" 600# control valve issue on a critical well application that was experiencing extreme 3-Phase process condition changes. These new changes were resulting in the existing valve only lasting two weeks before being replaced. The Kontrol Indo Raya and MASCOT engineering team solved the issue by changing the flow direction and introducing a tungsten carbide trim. This highly critical valve was produced and delivered in less than eight working weeks. Another critical control valve problem solved.

Sulfindo Adiusaha (Indo Chlor)

Having worked closely with the engineering team at Sulfindo for over the past year, Kontrol Indo are pleased to announce the delivery of a large quantity of Pureflex valves for the de-bottlenecking projects located at their Chlor-Alakli Plant. Pureflex ball and butterfly valves were selected over traditional metal body valves for the extreme anti-corrosive capabilities that their composite material provide and the resulting longer duration between planned maintenance. For aggressive chemical or slurry applications, Pureflex is hard to beat for value for money!

JGC Indonesia

The last of the JGC Coal Fuel (JCF) Project control and pressure regulating valves have been witness test approved by the JGC Indonesia QA/QA team and will be on the way to site shortly. This sees the final phase of this exciting project complete for Kontrol Indo Raya starting from the initial specification reviews, supply of cost effective valves to completing MDR's. We would like to wish JGC Indonesia every success with this exciting and prestigious project.

BP Tangguh LNG

Kontrol Indo Raya completes the supply of Ventil PSV, Control Test Benches and Valve Repair Equipment to the site based maintenance team, this high quality testing and repair was very much anticipated by the maintenance team and will become a key part of all future turn around and shutdown activities at the world class LNG plant located in Bintuni Bay, West Papua.
